Applying parquet foam
When laying parquet and laminate, a type of foam is usually distributed under the parquet. Parquet foam is used under the parquet layer for several reasons. The main reason is to avoid additional noise when walking on the parquet surface. In addition, the presence of foam under the parquet gives it some impact properties, protects the laminate structure from damage and increases its service life.
In addition to the mentioned cases, the presence of parquet foam to some extent plays the role of heat-cold and sound insulation. Of course, we also believe that the presence of a soft layer between parquet and ceramic or between parquet and cement surface is better than direct contact of parquet with a hard surface. Of course, there are different types of foam parquet, which we will explain below.
